CEO - Founder
Venkat firmly believes in using Insights based on data to drive decision making at all levels in the organization. This belief guided his professional and entrepreneurial journey including, launching one of the earliest proponents of analytics in Singapore in 1997, Knowledge Dynamics. Venkat is also a passionate educator teaching analytics in IHLs and corporate settings.
Anand Rao
President
Anand Rao is a seasoned Datapreneur and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning.
Throughout his career, Anand has excelled in shaping Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture, specializing in building Global Data Engineering COE teams for Fortune 100 brands.
Anand's expertise spans diverse industry verticals, driving tangible business outcomes through data-driven insights. From revolutionizing product development to enhancing market share across critical analytical domains, Anand is dedicated to pioneering solutions that empower organizations to thrive in the digital age.
Before joining BigTapp, Anand held leadership roles in renowned companies such as Splunk, Oracle, Sony, and First American Corporation.
Narasimhan Partha
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Narasimhan Partha (Narsi) is a technical subject matter expert with nearly 33 years of leadership and hands-on experience in consulting, architecting, IT security and infrastructure, Big data and Analytics. Narsi is a domain expert in Insurance and has rich regional experience having worked extensively in South Asia. He has worked for both service providers and insurance companies including digital native insurers, apart from a long stint as entrepreneur.
Balaji Ramaswamy
Director EMEA
Balaji Ramaswamy is the Director – EMEA at BigTapp Analytics, leading client engagement and delivery for key BFSI clients across the Middle East. With over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI), he brings deep expertise in data and analytics, financial systems modernization, and digital transformation.
Before taking on his current regional leadership role, Balaji managed data engineering competencies across practices, driving capability development in emerging technologies such as cloud, AI/ML, and modern data platforms. Prior to joining BigTapp, he held senior positions at UOB, ANZ, Moody’s Analytics, and Wolters Kluwer, where he led large-scale regulatory and data transformation programs across Asia Pacific.
Balaji is recognized for his consultative approach to solving complex business challenges—bridging the gap between technology and business to deliver sustainable outcomes for clients.
Beyond work, Balaji is a student and teacher of Vedantic philosophy. He conducts regular classes on Vedanta and the Bhagavad Gita, sharing insights on self-knowledge, leadership, and purposeful living. He also mentors professionals on delivery excellence, career growth, and personal development.
Manu George Mathew
Director - Presales
Manu oversees solution strategy and client engagement across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, driving BigTapp’s mission of helping enterprises unlock value from data through innovative analytics and AI-driven solutions.
With extensive experience spanning data strategy, AI-led transformation, and large-scale implementation programs, he combines business acumen with a deep understanding of emerging technologies to design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Manu leads a team of solution architects and presales specialists focused on driving customer success, accelerating go-to-market execution, and ensuring alignment between client vision and BigTapp’s platform capabilities.
He is passionate about making data-driven decisioning accessible and actionable for business leaders, fostering partnerships that bridge innovation and impact.
Jayashankar Daggupati
Director Delivery PMO - Delivery Head
With more than 20 years in the IT industry Jayshankar has experience in leading global divisions and teams. He has also been associated with SriJay, Satyam computers, Wipro, Novartis, and SR IT.
He has worked with major clients like Novartis Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Fujitsu, GE Power Systems, GE Consumer Finance, Franklin Templeton, and Microsoft.
Pradeep Kumar Goshetty
AVP – Data Science & AI
Pradeep Goshetty brings 23 years of experience spanning established multinationals and disruptive startups. As one of the early adopters of analytics, Pradeep has dedicated the majority of his career to the field, playing a pivotal role in incubating and driving the growth of startups. Throughout his journey, he has had the privilege of pioneering the creation of accounts, practices, departments, and even entire enterprises from the ground up.
Pradeep’s expertise spans diverse industry verticals, where he leverages data analytics, data science, and AI to drive business value for clients, including Fortune 500 companies. This includes developing SaaS products, accelerators, applications, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and digital transformation solutions.
Prior to joining BigTapp, Pradeep held leadership roles at Numerify, ServiceRocket, and Valiantys.
Latheefa Mansoor
Senior Manager - HR
Latheefa comes with a decade of experience in Human Resources, specializing in Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development. Over the years, she has made significant contributions across all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Policy Development. Her expertise in these areas has enabled her to create and implement systems that drive employee growth while aligning with the organization's broader objectives.
In both her current and past roles, Latheefa has demonstrated strong leadership and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with employees and stakeholders. As a strategic thinker, she consistently seeks ways to align HR practices with overall business objectives. She tackles challenges with a proactive attitude, always aiming to enhance processes and foster a high-performing work culture.
Innocent AnbuSelvam
Financial Controller
Anbuselvam has more than 25 years of experience and has worked in India and The Gulf. His experience includes working in Manufacturing, NGOs, Logistics, and ITES (BPO) industries prior to finding his way into the software industry.
His areas of expertise range from General Accounting to Payroll to Direct and Indirect taxation.
Rajasundaram M
Director Pre-Sales
Rajasundaram (Raj) brings over two decades of experience driving business growth and digital transformation across global markets. He specializes in shaping AI and data-driven strategies that deliver measurable business value across Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Education.
At BigTapp, Raj heads Presales & Marketing, leading strategic initiatives in go-to-market planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate AI-led transformation.
Prior to BigTapp, he held leadership roles at Cognizant and Hexaware Technologies, where he defined next-generation digital roadmaps integrating cloud, data, and analytics ecosystems. A management graduate, Raj holds certifications in Presales Leadership and Agile Project Management.
Durgaprasad P
Senior Delivery Manager
Durgaprasad has more than 22 years of experience in the IT Industry. He has experience working with global clients in Finance, Healthcare, and Telecom. He has successfully led several project and product development teams.
Prior to this he worked with Megasoft, Trianz, and as delivery head at Srijaytech. He has also worked with major clients such as PPD and Sonetel.
